As a Technical Trainer, you will be expected to contribute to the whole team from your gift of talents, intellect, experience, and enthusiasm, as well as have fun!
- You will be expected to learn and acquire an expert understanding of our products, solutions, and technologies as well as the relevant ecosystem.
- Educate our people and our customers in both the technological and business aspects of the product.
- You will manage the entire life-cycle of training development by collaborating with various teams to conduct a training needs analysis; translating needs into training programs; and producing training materials with innovative learning strategies.
- You will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way.
- Previous experience with technical training – at least 3 years
- Experience in training class management and coordination
- Good technical understanding
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools and control of training developments tools for self-learning
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Enthusiastic and friendly personality
- Excellent written communication skills
- Fluent English
- Willing to travel 10%.
