As an IT Internal Helpdesk technician, you will :

·      Support Optimal+ new users installation

·      Support Optimal+ users requests

·      Support technical requests and troubleshoot technical issues in Optimal+ internal systems

·      Maintain Optimal+ internal system includes:

·      Perform major and minor upgrades for Optimal+ internal systems

·      Support 3rd application using by Optimal+ systems

·      Troubleshoot errors

·      Monitor Optimal+ internal systems


·           At least 2 year of working experience in helpdesk / users support trouble shootings (Military experience can be relevant).

·           Knowledge in Windows system administration is essential.

·           Independent, self-driven, customer oriented with good interpersonal communication skills.

·           Basic network troubleshooting

·           Office 365 Administration

Nice To Have

·          Knowledge in VMware

·          Knowledge in IP Telephony systems

·          Linux administration
