Before founding the company, Dan held various senior positions in semiconductor and test operations at Intel from 1994 to 2004.During his tenure at Intel, Dan has received the Intel Achievement Award and the Intel Quality Award. Dan holds a BS in Engineering from the Technion and an MBA in Finance from Bar-Ilan University.

Doug holds a BSc in Computer Science from Union College and an EMBA from the George Washington University School of Business.

Prior to that, she served as the Global VP of Marketing at NICE, CMO and VP of Strategy at Netafim, and held a 17-year tenure at Microsoft in various management positions, including Director of Worldwide Strategic Planning at the company’s Redmond headquarters. Aliza studied Environmental Studies from Tel Aviv University and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program at Wharton Business School.

He is a seasoned finance professional with broad expertise in financial management and reporting. He has lead large-scale financing and refinancing projects, and a number of complex M&As and IPOs. Itamar holds a BA in Economics and Management, and an MBA with a focus on finance and accounting.

Kenneth Levy is Chairman Emeritus of KLA-Tencor (Nasdaq: KLAC) Corporation. Ken has been associated with the semiconductor capital-equipment industry for more than 30 years. After receiving his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and spending six years in the aerospace simulation field, Levy joined the startup team at Computervision Corporation. He was responsible for Computervision’s entry into the semiconductor capital equipment industry through their Cobilt Division. Levy founded KLA Instruments Corporation in 1976. Under his leadership, KLA came to dominate new market areas in the semiconductor manufacturing instrumentation field innovating technologies in areas such as photomask and reticle inspection, wafer defect inspection, wafer metrology, and yield management software. KLA Instruments and Tencor Instruments merged in 1997. Presently, KLA-Tencor is a multi-billion dollar company that is the world leader in process control solutions for the semiconductor manufacturing and related industries. In addition to his duties at KLA-Tencor, Mr. Levy serves as a director emeritus on the board of Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Institute (SEMI), and as a board member of Juniper Networks, Extreme Networks and Ultratech Stepper, Inc. He also serves on the boards of several privately-held companies and acts as advisor to two venture capital partnerships. In recognition of his many contributions to the industry, Mr. Levy has received numerous awards, including the ‘SEMMY’ Semiconductor Equipment and Materials Institute award in the area of wafer fabrication, the SEMI Lifetime Achievement award, the Harvard Business School Association ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award, and elected membership in the National Academy of Engineering, ‘for the development and commercialization of automated inspection systems for the semiconductor industry.’

(NASDAQ: ORBK), responsible for worldwide operations, sales and customer support (approximately 500 people on four different continents). David (Dadi) Perlmutter served up until recently as an executive vice president, general manager of the Intel Architecture Group (IAG) and chief product officer of Intel Corporation. He was responsible for the business and development of Intel’s platform solutions for all computing and communication segments including datacenters, desktops, laptops, handhelds, embedded devices, and computer electronics. In his tenure he grew the business from 35B$ in 2008 to >50B$ in 2013, managed 35,000 people worldwide and made investments and M&A’s in >2.5B$ in that period. Perlmutter currently chairs two non-profit organizations (The Israel Innovation Institute, and Mishelanu – Strengthening Jewish and Israeli identity of 2nd generation Israelis in the US), is a member of the Board of Governors of the Technion, and sits on various boards of startups. During his 34-year career at Intel, Perlmutter held various management positions and was directly developing several of Intel’s major products and technologies that had impact on Intel’s business and the industry. In the early 80s he developed the i387 math co-processor. In late ’80s, he led a small team that architected the Intel’s Pentium Processor. In the 90s, he led Intel into the Data Centre segment with the Intel Pentium Pro and related Server products. Over the past decade, Perlmutter has helped to usher in the age of mobile computing with the introduction of the Centrino™ Mobile Processor which enabled the migration of the PC business from desktop to mobile. He transformed Intel’s product line by creating the Core™ Processor line for the PC and Server market which led to a significant market share and business increase in the PC and Data Center business, and created the Atom processor for the low power end of the market. Perlmutter led Intel into wireless communications via the development of WiFi products for Centrino, and through 3G and LTE acquisitions that provided them with a competitive presence in the field. Perlmutter joined Intel in 1980 after graduating from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering. He holds patents on branch target buffers and multiprocessing cache coherency protocols. Perlmutter received an award for innovation in industrial development from the President of Israel in 1987 for the development of the i387 math coprocessor. Perlmutter was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers for his contributions to the mobile computer industry.
