We officially launched the Optimal+ Community, a platform for customer-led engagement and professional interaction with colleagues. The online Optimal+ Community is designed as a place to share the knowledge and insights users have gained in using Optimal+ solutions to drive yield, quality and productivity improvements across their manufacturing operations.
The goal of the community is to share best practices for all Optimal+ Solutions including Global Ops, Test Floor Ops, EXACT, TTR, Escape Prevention and Outlier Detection.
In addition, the Optimal+ Community will help our company to better understand our customers’ top-of-mind topics and will enable us to provide better support content and assemble the most relevant topics for our user events and symposia.
