Kiki (Yitzhak) Ohayon

Kiki brings Optimal+ an eclectic skill set, garnered from 25 years of experience in technology and business development, including operations and strategic planning; capital and project management; financial evaluations; and worldwide multidisciplinary team management.Before joining the company in 2015 as its VP Business Development, Kiki was the Biologic Plants General Manager at Omrix Biopharmaceuticals, where he led significant restructuring of the company’s operation capabilities including the transitioning of the its newest start-up site into a certified, full scale biologic manufacturing plant. Prior to that, he provided consulting services for both the private and public sectors and held numerous managerial positions over a 15 year career with Intel Corp, including the post of GM of Intel FAB-8 at the Jerusalem wafer fabrication plant. Kiki holds a B.S.E. from the Technion Institute of Technology, an M.B.A. from the Hebrew University, and has completed prestigious corporate, strategic and executive workshops in Insead University, Stanford University and the Recanati Management School at Tel Aviv University.
