It’s been a great week for Optimal+!  In addition to announcing a major funding event with KKR, the global analyst firm Frost & Sullivan has honored Optimal+ with a highly-coveted 2015 Visionary Innovation Leadership award.    Frost & Sullivan selects companies for this award based on their ability to consistently develop new growth strategies established on a visionary understanding of the future, and thus more effectively address new challenges and opportunities.  Past winners included Intel and Qualcomm.  Luc Schoups, VP of Worldwide Sales for Optimal+ accepted the award at the Frost & Sullivan “Growth, Innovation & Leadership Awards” Wednesday night at the Hyatt Regency in Santa Clara, California.

“The Frost & Sullivan Growth, Innovation & Leadership Awards are truly a global event that recognizes the most innovative companies in the world,” said Luc Schoups, VP of Worldwide Sales for Optimal+.  “We’re honored to be recognized along with global leaders like HP and IBM Watson.”

Frost & Sullivan selected Optimal+ for its visionary innovation because of its contributions to big data analytics for the semiconductor industry.  Frost & Sullivan Industry Analyst Jessy Cavazos nominated Optimal+ for the award.    In her recommendation, Cavazos stated, “Based on a global data network that spans 90 percent of OSATs and foundries, Optimal+ customers effectively mine the data coming from their manufacturing operations.  Providing accurate and complete data sets to customers, IDMs and fabless semiconductor vendors have unmatched visibility into their complex supply chain.”

Optimal+ was also named as one of the 25 most promising Big Data solution providers in 2015 by APAC CIO Outlook  and Optimal+ CEO Dan Glotter graced the cover.

All in all, not a bad week for Optimal+.
